Lancia has launched a range of four e-bikes under the Platum brand. The electric bicycles are named Ypsilon Brio, Ypsilon Incanto, Lancia Estro and Lancia Genio. The Lancia Ypsilon Incanto and Estro are fitted with the same 250 W motor, alongside a 374 Wh battery, delivering assistance for up to 70 km (~43 miles) between charges. These models have features for a broader range of terrains, such as larger 26-in x 1.75-in (~66 x 4.45 cm) tires and front fork suspension.

The Lancia Genio is suited to city riding and off-roading, with 27-5in x 2.1-in (~69.9 x 5.3 cm) tires. Like the Estro, the bicycle has a 250 W motor and 374 Wh battery, alongside a front fork suspension and a seven-speed gearbox. The Lancia Ypsilon Brio is a folding electric bike designed for riding around the city. This pedelec has a 250 W Bafang brushless rear motor, which can assist you at speeds up to 25 kph (~16 mph). A 281 Wh battery is fitted to the bicycle, providing up to 60 km (~37 miles) range and 20-in (~51 cm) tires.

The company suggests that the brake lever with an engine detachment sensor, used in every pedelec, enhances the braking performance. Each bike has an aluminum frame fitted with a waterproof LED display, which you can use to control the lights and select your power assistance mode. The bicycles are available from various Lancia dealers in Europe, starting from €1,049 (~US$1,052). The complete price list is provided below.
